Return And Exchange

30-Day Risk-Free Return And Exchange 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached and intact, and send back in its original packaging.   

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team (support@firstberryjewelry.com) with your order details. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free exchanges. Please contact our customer support team (support@firstberryjewelry.comwithin 7 days of receiving the item, and they will assist you in exchanging it for a new one.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the exchange process.

Exclusions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the followings:

- Clearance items are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.

- Items marked down 50% or more are considered clearance. 

- An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping Return labels for all returns within U.S.

If you are returning or exchanging an item from oversea, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
